PROPOSED VARIATION TO TERMS FOR THE ACQUISITIONS OF THE REMAINING 30% EQUITY INTERESTS IN ECOLITE BIOTECH MANUFACTURING SDN BHD AND YANMING RESOURCES SDN BHD ("PROPOSED VARIATION")

We refer to the Announcement dated 26 May 2026 and the Circular dated 6 August 2026 ("Circular") in relation to the Proposed Variation. Unless otherwise stated herein, all definitions used in the Circular shall apply.

 

On behalf of the Board, Thinkat wishes to announce that the resolution in relation to the Proposed Variation was duly passed by the shareholders of Sunzen at the EGM held earlier today.

 

Following the approval obtained above, all approvals required for the Proposed Variation have been obtained. The Proposed Variation is accordingly deemed completed.
