Mr. Ralph Wintermantel is an international board executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in capital markets, investor relations, and corporate governance. After leading the communications and investor relations departments of several listed companies in Germany, he spent approximately three years at Deutsche Bank AG, most recently serving as Vice President. During these three years, he was initially responsible internally, and later externally, for the financial magazine db-Xpress, serving as Editor-in-Chief for 12 years. From 2009 to 2022, he was the Managing Director of the VPC Group, an intellectual property (IP) and public relations (PR) agency. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of WINKAP GmbH, a communications and marketing agency specializing in capital markets, Initial Public Offering, and roadshows. 

Mr. Ralph Wintermantel is a member of the BWA - Federal Association for Economic Development and Foreign Trade and the Chairman of the BWA Federal Commission for "Beauty Care & Cosmetics". Previously, he served as Vice President of the German Asia Business Circle e.V. (DAW) and as Secretary General of Club Diplomacy Frankfurt.

Currently, Mr. Ralph Wintermantel serves on the boards of several companies in Germany and Australia. He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Tocvan Ventures Corp., a public listed company on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
