References are made to the announcements in relation to the Private Placement dated 4 December 2025, 5 December 2025, 17 December 2025, 19 December 2025, 9 July 2026, 11 August 2026, 14 August 2026 and 17 August 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 24 August 2026 ("Price-Fixing Date") resolved to fix the issue price for 28,332,000 Placement Shares, being the second tranche of the Private Placement, at RM0.075 per Placement Share ("Issue Price"). The Issue Price represents a premium of RM0.0001 or approximately 0.13% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Jetson Shares up to and including 21 August 2026, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date, of RM0.0749 per Jetson Share. This announcement is dated 24 August 2026.
