The Board of Directors of Systech wishes to announce that Systech Digital Solutions Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201801022395 (1284414-D)] ("Systech Digital"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 26 August 2026 entered into a Malaysia Distributor Agreement ("Agreement") with China Electronics Technology Kingbase (Beijing) Technologies Inc. ("CETKBT") (collectively referred to as "Parties") to appoint Systech Digital as the distributor for CETKBT's database software products known as "Kingbase".
