Further to the Company's announcement dated 9 June 2026 on the outcome of the 28th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the non-reappointment of Auditors, the Board of Directors of AZRB wishes to inform that based on the recommendation of the Audit and Risk Committee, the Board had approved the appointment of Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT as the new Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

The Company has on 24 August 2026, received the consent to act as Auditors of the Company from Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT (LLP0006652-LCA & AF1522) pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016. Hence, Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
