M & A Securities Sdn Bhd ("M&A Securities"), on behalf of the Board of Directors of DFX ("Board") wishes to announce that Excel, a 51.0%-owned subsidiary of DFX, had on 26 August 2026 entered into a share subscription agreement ("SSA") with Prospek Teknik Sdn Bhd ("Prospek Teknik") and Doyes Engineering Sdn Bhd ("Doyes") (collectively referred to as "Subscribers") for the subscription of 60,000 new ordinary shares in Excel ("Subscription Shares") for a total cash subscription price of RM1.20 million or RM20 per share ("Subscription Price") ("Proposed Subscription").
