We refer to the announcements dated 25 November 2025, 26 November 2025, 17 April 2026, 7 May 2026 and 29 May 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 26 August 2026 ("Price-Fixing Date") resolved to fix the issue price of the first tranche of Private Placement at RM0.0322 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").

 

The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0056 or approximately 14.81% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of AIZO Shares up to and including 24 August 2026, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date, of RM0.0378 per AIZO Share.
