Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Samaiden wishes to announce the financial assistance provided by its subsidiary, 

Samaiden Capital Management Sdn. Bhd., a money lending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business as at 30 June 2026, details of which are set out in the attachment.

The provision of financial assistance as set out in the attachment does not have any material effect on the net assets and earnings per share of Samaiden and its subsidiaries for the quarter ended 30 June 2026.
