The HENGYUANC62 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The HENGYUANC62 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 14 May 2026. The HENGYUANC62 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 26 May 2026. The obligations of CLSASM under HENGYUANC62 are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 14 May 2026.
