Reference is made to our earlier announcement dated 22 July 2026 in relation to SHAH ALAM SESSIONS COURT SUIT NO: BA-A53KP-5-06/2026 ("Announcement").

 

Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the aforesaid Announcement.

 

The Board of Topvision wishes to announce that pursuant to the case management held on the 21 August 2026, the court has directed the following:

 

a. Plaintiff to file and serve his reply to the Defendants' Statement of Defence by 27 August 2026;

b. Plaintiff to file and serve the Bundle of Pleadings, Common Bundle of Documents, Statement of Agreed Facts and Issues to be tried by 23 September 2026;

c. Parties to file and serve their respective Summary of Case and List of Witnesses by 23 September 2026. 

 

The next case management has been fixed on 25 September 2026. 

 

The Company will make the necessary announcement in relation to the above matter as and when appropriate.
