Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of Efficient wishes to announce that the MoU entered into between VIGILANT and CSM had been expired and has accordingly ceased to have effect. There were no material developments pertaining to the MoU during its term.

The expiry of the MoU will not have any material financial effect on the Efficient Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
