Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 18 September 2025 and 18 May 2026 ("Earlier Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that, in connection with the Project and the Proposed JV:

(a) the parties to the New SHA had on 18 July 2026, entered into an Extension Letter to extend the Cut-Off Date under the New SHA, further details of which are set out in Section 2 below;

(b) on 27 August 2026, the following documents were entered into by the respective parties:

• the Company, LHG and FXD, a Supplemental Letter to amend certain provisions of the New SHA in relation to the Proposed JV;
• YSGI and Runwin, a Mutual Termination Letter to terminate the Affected Cooperation Agreements;
• YSGI and Runwin, an Amended & Restated Agreement in relation to the 1600 Multi-Function Colour Coating Production Line Annexure and Cooperation Agreement on the Remote Reconstruction Scheme of the Colour Coating Unit;
• BWYS Colour and Runwin, a Sale and Purchase Agreement in relation to design, supply, installation and commissioning for the colour coating paint resin equipment.

The above documents were entered into pursuant to the parties' mutual agreement to revise and streamline the contractual arrangements in relation to the Project and the Proposed JV.
