Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 17 August 2026 and 19 August 2026 in relation to the material litigation involved Datuk Anthony Abang v Hoh Yeong Cherng, Low Teck Yin and Oasis (Originating Summon No.: KCH-22M-20-7/2024(HC2)) ("the Case" or "Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined in the Announcements, all defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

The Company had on 11 August 2026 filed a Notice of Motion for Stay ("Stay") in the Court of Appeal to stay the High Court Order 1. The hearing for the Stay has been fixed on 27 August 2026 ("Hearing").

At the hearing at the Court of Appeal on 27 August 2026, the Court allowed for the Stay subject to Oasis furnishing a bank guarantee of USD 1,500,000.00 to the Plaintiff's solicitors within 7 days from the Hearing, failing which the Stay granted shall be ineffective.
