On behalf of the Board of Directors of PBAHB, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that PBAPP, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 27 August 2026 entered into a conditional build-operate-transfer agreement with INYA Water Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("INYA") for a water treatment plant with a minimum capacity of 80 million litres per day ("BOT Agreement"). Further, pursuant to the BOT Agreement, PBAPP will also be entering into a bulk water supply agreement with a special purpose vehicle to be incorporated by INYA for the supply of treated water to PBAPP.
