Mr Tan Choong Khiang ("Mr Vincent Tan") has over 25 years of extensive experience in corporate secretarial practice, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and corporate advisory.

Prior to joining IOI Group, Mr Vincent Tan served as Associate Director - Corporate Services at Tricor Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, then a member of The Bank of East Asia Group. In this role, he was responsible for the management, strategic development and business growth of the firm's corporate secretarial and accounting services divisions.

Mr Vincent Tan is presently the Head of Corporate Secretarial at IOI Group, where he oversees and supervises the IOI Group's overall corporate secretarial functions.  

Upon his appointment in IOIPG, Mr Vincent Tan will assume the role of Group Company Secretary of IOIPG Group, with responsibility for overseeing and supervising the IOIPG Group's overall corporate secretarial and governance functions. Drawing on his extensive experience in corporate secretarial practice and governance, he will play a key role in supporting the IOIPG Group's corporate governance framework, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, and providing guidance on corporate secretarial and governance matters.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr Vincent Tan has been actively involved with the Corporate Governance Institute of Malaysia ("CGIM") [formerly Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators ("MAICSA")], contributing his experience and expertise to the advancement of the corporate secretarial and governance profession. He currently serves as Chairman of the National Investigation Group ("NIG") Sub-Group B and Deputy Chairman of the NIG, and is also a member of various MAICSA committees.

Mr Vincent Tan previously served as Vice President of MAICSA and was one of MAICSA's representatives on the ASEAN Corporate Secretaries Network.
