IOIPG operates across a diversified portfolio comprising property development, property investment, hospitality and leisure businesses. As these businesses continue to evolve and expand, alongside the Group's strategic priorities, this is expected to result in investment opportunities and capital commitments of varying scale and complexity. In line with the Group's commitment to good governance, disciplined capital allocation and oversight of investment decisions, the Board of Directors of IOIPG has decided that a dedicated Board-level Investment Committee ("IC") be established, effective 1 September 2026.
