PROPOSED TERMINATION OF CONSORTIUM AGREEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the condition precedent in the Termination Agreement has been fulfilled. Pursuant thereto, the Termination Agreement has become unconditional on 28 August 2026.
