Advertising Concession Agreement between Malaysia Rapid Transit System Sdn Bhd and SJX Media Sdn Bhd, an indirect 70%-owned subsidiary of the Company for the Advertising Media Concessionaire of Johor Bahru - Singapore Rapid Transit System Link ("RTS Link")

The Board of Directors of SJC wishes to announce that SJX Media Sdn Bhd ("SJX Media"), an indirect 70%-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 1 September 2026 enter into an Advertising Concession Agreement dated 1 September 2026 ("ACA") with Malaysia Rapid Transit System Sdn Bhd ("MRTS") in respect of the appointment of an Advertising Media Concessionaire to undertake the Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) Advertising Media Concessionaire of RTS Link.
