We refer to the First Announcement made by the Company on 25 October 2019 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under PN17,and the subsequent monthly announcements in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed corporation pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Listing Requirements. The Board of Directors of MMM wishes to announce that an appeal against the de-listing of MMM from the Main Market of Bursa Securities following the rejection of the Company's Proposed Regularisation Plan had been submitted to Bursa Securities on 5 August 2026. The Company will make the necessary announcement with regard to any development on the above matter. This announcement is dated 1 September 2026.
