Reference is made to the Company's First Announcement dated 31 October 2023 as well as the subsequent announcements in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan ("Previous Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the terms and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Previous Announcements.

Maybank Investment Bank Berhad ("Maybank IB") had on 21 August 2026, on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company ("Board"), made the requisite announcement pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 of Practice Note 17 of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, whereby the Company proposes to undertake a regularisation plan which comprises the following:

(i)   Proposed Capital Reduction;

(ii)   Proposed Reorganisation; and

(iii)  Proposed Private Placement.

The Board wishes to inform that the Company has approximately six (6) months, up to 7 February 2027, to submit the revised regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities for approval.

The Company will make the necessary announcements in respect of any material developments relating to the revised regularisation plan in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
