The Board of Directors of Hydropipes wishes to announce that the Company has on 1 September 2026, received a notice dated 1 September 2026 from Messrs. TGS TW PLT ("TGS") regarding its resignation as the External Auditors of the Company ("Notice of Resignation").

Pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016 ("CA 2016"), TGS has tendered its resignation as the External Auditors of the Company. In accordance with Section 281(2) of the CA 2016, TGS's term of office shall end twenty-one (21) days from the date of the Notice of Resignation.

TGS's resignation was due to considerations relating to its broader audit portfolio and resource management. The Board is not aware of any other matter relating to the resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Company will make a further announcement in due course upon the appointment of new External Auditors to fill the casual vacancy pursuant to Section 271(2)(b) of the CA 2016.
