CWG Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Share Registrar of the Company, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd., has changed its name to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. ("Vistra") with effect from 8 September 2026.

The change of company name forms part of Vistra's internal integration and streamlining following the acquisition and merger of the Tricor group of companies and aligns the company name with other Vistra offices.
