The Board of Directors of CAM Resources Berhad ("Company") wishes to inform that the name of the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. has been changed to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. with effect from 8 September 2026.

The Company's Share Registrar has also updated its email address to [email protected] and discontinued the use of its facsimile number. The address and telephone number of the Company's Share Registrar remain unchanged.

The Company received the notification of the above changes from Vistra on 9 September 2026.
