The Board of Directors of Globaltec Formation Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 September 2026 received notification from its Share Registrar that the Share Registrar has changed its name from Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. with effect from 8 September 2026.

The change of company name forms part of Vistra's internal integration and streamlining following the acquisition and merger of the Tricor group of companies and aligns the Share Registrar's company name with other Vistra offices.

The Company was also notified that its Share Registrar no longer maintains a fax number and that its email address has been updated to [email protected]. The Share Registrar's address and telephone number remain unchanged.
