Mynews wishes to announce the following changes to the particulars of its Share Registrar, previously known as Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd:

(1) Change of name

The Share Registrar has changed its name to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd with effect from 8 September 2026. Accordingly, the Company's Share Registrar is now known as Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd.

(2) Change of email address

The Share Registrar's email address has been updated to [email protected].

(3) Discontinuation of fax

The Share Registrar has discontinued its fax number.

Save for the aforesaid changes, there are no other changes to the particulars of the Share Registrar.
