1. INTRODUCTION

Duopharma Biotech Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company's Share Registrar has by a letter dated 9 September 2026 informed the Company that it has changed its name from "Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd" to "Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd", with effect from 8 September 2026.

The Company's Share Registrar further informed that it has also changed its email address to [email protected] and that it no longer maintains a fax number.
