Greenyield Berhad wishes to announce that its Share Registrar, namely Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. has changed its name to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. ("Vistra") with effect from 8 September 2026. 

The change of company name forms part of Vistra's internal integration and streamlining following the acquisition and merger of the Tricor group of companies. Vistra no longer maintains a fax number and its email address will be updated to 

"[email protected]". All other contact details, i.e. company address and telephone number remain unchanged.
