This announcement should be read together with EWI Capital's announcement made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 13 March 2026 in respect of the Proposed Disposal ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations, definitions and references used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those used in the Announcement. Reference is made to the announcements dated 13 March 2026, 4 June 2026 and 22 June 2026. The Company wishes to announce that Fortune Quest and Versione NODE had on 11 September 2026 mutually agreed in writing to extend the period for fulfilment of the Conditions Precedent under the SPA ("Conditional Period") to 13 December 2026. Save for the extension of the Conditional Period as set out above, all other terms and conditions of the SPA remain unchanged and in full force and effect. This announcement is dated 11 September 2026.
