The Board of Directors of NHB is pleased to announce that IL Energy Sdn Bhd ("ILE"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of NHB, will invest in the development of solar photovoltaic ("PV") facilities with an aggregate capacity of approximately 21 MWp across 49 rooftop sites at the premises of a Government Agency ("Facilities"). The Facilities will form part of the Group's portfolio of owned renewable energy assets.
 

The development of the Facilities across the 49 rooftop sites will be undertaken by the subsidiary of Government Agency ("Partner") as the main engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning ("EPCC") contractor. 

Armani Sinar Sdn Bhd ("ASSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of NHB, accepted a Letter of Award ("LOA") from the Partner on 11 September 2026 to collaborate with the Partner as a strategic partner for the EPCC development of the Facilities across the 49 rooftop sites.
 

The investment and ownership of the Facilities and the development thereof pursuant to the strategic partnership arrangement shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Project".
 

As the strategic partner, ASSB will provide engineering design support, establish the technical standards for the execution of the works, undertake technical reviews and carry out site verification, as well as supply the solar PV modules and solar inverters for the Project.
