We refer to the Announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that, after due and careful consideration, the Company has, on 22 September 2026, submitted a letter to Bursa Securities to withdraw the listing application and draft circular to the shareholders of OIB in relation to the Proposals ("Documents"), which were submitted to Bursa Securities on 18 August 2026, to facilitate essential updates to the Documents. The Board will make the necessary announcement(s) in accordance with the Listing Requirements in respect of any future developments relating to the Proposals.
