INFRAHARTA HOLDINGS BERHAD ("IHB" OR THE "COMPANY") - Update on the Notice of Adjudication issued 
under the Construction Industry Payment & Adjudication Act 2012 ("CIPAA 2012") by Chung Nyap Yoon Sdn. Bhd. 
("CNYSB") against Infraharta Bina Sdn. Bhd. ("IBSB")

Reference is made to the Company's announcement made on 19 May 2026 ("Earlier Announcement") in respect of the Notice of Adjudication under the Construction Industry Payment 

and Adjudication Act 2012 by CNYSB against IBSB. Unless otherwise defined, all terms and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Earlier Announcement.

 

The Board of Directors of IHB wishes to announce that the exchange of pleadings in the adjudication proceedings concluded with CNYSB's service of its Surrejoinder dated 27 July 2026.

 

The Adjudicator was expected to render a decision within the statutory time frame of 45 working days from the close of pleadings, in accordance with the CIPAA 2012.

 

Subsequently, IBSB has received an Adjudication Decision dated 22 September 2026 (Ref: AIAC/D/ADJ-6414-2026) ("Adjudication Decision").
