Working experience and occupation	Yeoh Pei Yen is an Executive Director of the YTL Cement Group, where she has been instrumental in strengthening the Group position as a leader in building materials, and ESG within the construction industry. She plays a key role in driving strategic stakeholder engagement and creating platforms for industry dialogue, knowledge-sharing and collaboration on sustainable construction practices. She founded BUILDS, the CSR arm of the YTL Cement Group which focuses on community development, environmental initiatives and education. Under her leadership, BUILDS has undertaken numerous impactful programs benefitting local communities and advancing critical environmental awareness. Among the Group notable initiatives is the Penyu Shell-Ter Project which raised more than RM1.2 million for turtle conservation efforts in Malaysia whilst also supporting and showcasing Malaysian artists. The project reflects her commitment towards creating meaningful collaborations that amalgamate environmental conservation, community engagement and the arts.
