The TOPGLOV-C5Z is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 14 May 2026. The TOPGLOV-C5Z is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 26 May 2026. The obligations of CLSASM under TOPGLOV-C5Z are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 14 May 2026.
