PROPOSED PLACEMENT OF UP TO 52,941,100 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN THE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY ("PROPOSED PLACEMENT")

The Board of Directors (the "Board" or "Directors") of UMS Integration Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that the Company has on 29 September 2026 entered into a placement agreement with CGS International Securities Malaysia Sdn Bhd and AmInvestment Bank Berhad (collectively referred to as the "Placement Agents", and each a "Placement Agent") (the "Placement Agreement") in relation to the Proposed Placement.
