The Closing Price of RM4.3373 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of BAT shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than BAT-C44's Exercise Price of RM7.00, holders of BAT-C44 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised BAT-C44 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of BAT-C44 shall terminate absolutely.
