The Closing Price of RM4.4743 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of PCHEM shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than PCHEM-C2H's Exercise Price of RM4.75, holders of PCHEM-C2H will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised PCHEM-C2H will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of PCHEM-C2H shall terminate absolutely.
