The Closing Price of RM19.6935 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of PETDAG shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than PETDAG-C15's Exercise Price of RM22.50, holders of PETDAG-C15 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised PETDAG-C15 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of PETDAG-C15 shall terminate absolutely.
