Allianz Labuan Limited was incorporated in Malaysia under the Labuan Companies Act, 1990 on 1 October 2026 with a fully paid-up capital of USD 1 (United States Dollar: One). The principal activity of Allianz Labuan Limited is to carry on Labuan life insurance business for the Malaysian high-net-worth segment, offering foreign currency-denominated products. 

The Incorporation does not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
