We refer to our announcement dated 30 June 2026 in relation to resignation of Messrs. Crowe Malaysia PLT  as Auditors of  DSR Taiko Berhad ("DSR Taiko" or "the Company") for the financial year ending 30 September 2026.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company had on 28 September 2026 appointed Messrs. PKF PLT as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 September 2026, having received their consent letter to act as Auditors of the Company dated 28 September 2026 on 1 October 2026.
