The Board of Directors of Cropmate wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 September 2026 incorporated an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary known as Cropmate Fertilizer Bintulu Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202601038089 (1700184-V) ("CFB") through Cropmate Holdings Sdn Bhd.

The intended principal activity of CFB is formulation and blending of conventional and specialty fertilisers as well as warehousing and trading of straight fertilisers and related products.

None of the directors and major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the incorporation, save for Lee Chin Yok, the Managing Director, as well as Lee Cheng Seng and Lee Cheng Fei, the Non-Independent Executive Directors of the Company who have been appointed as directors of CFB.
