PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 20% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF ETH PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 75 AND 76 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2016 ("ACT")("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the previous announcement dated 12 June 2026, 15 June 2026, 22 June 2026, 2 July 2026 and 3 August 2026 in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein. 

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.22 per Placement Share. 

 

The issue price of RM0.22 per Placement Share represents a premium of RM0.13 or approximately 144.44% over the 5-day VWAP of ETH Shares up to including 2 October 2026, being the market day immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.09 per ETH Share.
