Unless otherwise defined, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 25 March 2026, 30 March 2026, 28 August 2026 and 14 September 2026, 23 September 2026 and 1 October 2026.


On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the listing and quotation of the entire issued share capital of Northern Solar has been transferred from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 6 October 2026, marking the completion of the Transfer.
