Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Farm Price ("Board") wishes to announce that Setia Kawan Marketing Sdn. Bhd. ("SKM"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has in the ordinary course of its business entered into RRPT with Nam Kee Impex Pte. Ltd. ("NKI"), a company related to Ms. Liew Tsuey Er, the Executive Director and a substantial shareholder of the Company, as detailed in Section 2 of the announcement. The aggregate consideration of the RRPT for the period from 7 June 2026 to 30 September 2026 has exceeded the percentage ratio of 1% of the Company and its subsidiaries ("the Group")'s net assets, based on the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
