The Board of Directors of Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad ("AZRB" or the "Company") wishes to announce, on a retrospective basis, that Ambank (M) Berhad and Ambank Islamic Berhad has taken civil action against Ahmad Zaki Sdn Bhd ("AZSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, in its capacity as the debtor and against AZRB, in its capacity as Guarantor. The parties successfully reached an amicable settlement, and Consent Judgments were subsequently entered.
