PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS") OF UP TO TEN PERCENT (10.0%) OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED ORDINARY SHARES IN SUNWAY ("SHARES") (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES) ("PROPOSED ESOS")

We refer to the announcement dated 9 October 2026 in relation to the Proposed ESOS ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions for capitalised terms as set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

  

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that an application for the listing and quotation of such number of new Shares, representing up to 10.0% of the total number of issued Shares (excluding treasury shares), to be issued pursuant to the Proposed ESOS on the Main Market of Bursa Securities has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 12 October 2026.
