Reference is made to the announcement dated 22 May 2026, the Board of Directors of Critical is pleased to announce that Critical Engineering Solutions Sdn Bhd. (formerly known as Critical M&E Engineering Sdn. Bhd.), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had received an amendment to the Letter of Award on the modification of the scope of work for a new Cleanroom Architecture associated with mechanical, electrical & process utilities (MEP) services, at Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah Darul Aman, Malaysia from a renowned US based multinational corporation which supplies wafer fabrication equipment and services to the semiconductor industry.

The contract value has been revised from RM152,586,000.00 to RM226,681,000.00.

Save for the above, all the other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.
