Reference is made to the email dated 13 October 2026 from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in relation to the Announcement.

The Company wishes to provide the following additional information in relation to the Announcement:

1. NAME OF THE PARTY THAT AWARDED THE PROJECT

The identity of the party that awarded the Project is not disclosed in this announcement due to the confidentiality obligations arising from the Non-Disclosure Agreement entered between VC Engineering and the Employer.

2. EXPECTED COMMENCEMENT DATE OF STAGE 1 OF THE PROJECT

Stage 1 of the Project commenced on 12 October 2026, being the date on which the LOA was accepted by the Company's subsidiary, VC Engineering.

This announcement is dated 14 October 2026.
