Further to the announcement made on 20 April 2018, the Liquidator wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has, vide its letter dated 25 June 2018 informed that the entire issued share capital of the Company will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m., Thursday, 28 June 2018 pursuant to Paragraph 16.11(1)(d) of the Main Market Listing Requirements.
