The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement made on 10 January 2018 unless otherwise stated.

We refer to the announcements dated 7 December 2017, 14 December 2017, 4 January 2018, 5 January 2018, 8 January 2018, 10 January 2018, 12 January 2018, 13 February 2018, 14 February 2018, 8 March 2018, 28 March 2018, 24 April 2018, 14 May 2018, 17 May 2018, 18 May 2018 and 4 June 2018 in relation to the SCR.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that settlement of the SCR Cash Amount has been effected in favour of:

(a) the Entitled Shareholders who maintain eDividend accounts, via electronic remittance to the Entitled Shareholders’ eDividend accounts duly registered with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd (“Bursa Depository”) on 8 June 2018; and

(b) the Entitled Shareholders who do not maintain eDividend accounts, via remittance in the form of cheques, banker's drafts and/or cashier’s orders despatched by ordinary mail to the Entitled Shareholders (or their designated agents, as they may direct) on 8 June 2018 at the Entitled Shareholders' registered address last maintained with Bursa Depository.

As such, the SCR has been completed on 8 June 2018.
