Wintoni wishes to announce that TA Securities Holdings Berhad will resign as the Company's Sponsor with effect from 1 December 2020. The Company has on 30 November 2020 applied to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, amongst others, for an extension of time of 4 months from 30 November 2020 to appoint a replacement Sponsor and the appointment of the replacement Sponsor will be announced in due course.
